A main body of the device consists of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder; the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder, and is provided with an intake port and an exhaust port; the sectional area of an exhaust channel of the inner cylinder is gradually decreased in the direction from the intake port to the exhaust port; the inner cylinder is provided with a first exhaust port communicated with the exhaust port in the exhaust port; the cylinder wall of the inner cylinder is of a netty structure; an active carbon filter bin is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; a second exhaust port is formed in the outer cylinder; a baffle plate is arranged between the first exhaust port and the second exhaust port, and is provided with an exhaust hole; the baffle plate is provided with a filter screen in the exhaust hole; and an exchange port is formed in the outer cylinder. The device is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, and effectively prevents such problems as unsmooth exhaust of an engine and difficult starting due to exhaust gas barrier from a filter layer caused by high displacement of engine exhaust gas.
