The invention discloses a modified melamine-series water-reducing agent and a method for preparing the same. Phosphorylated melamine derivatives are used as main adsorption radicals of the modified melamine-series water-reducing agent instead of the traditional carboxyl and sulfonyl. The modified melamine-series water-reducing agent and the method have the advantages that the modified melamine-series water-reducing agent is excellent in comprehensive performance, is particularly high in cement adaptability and low in clay and sulfate sensitivity, and accordingly the modified melamine-series water-reducing agent and the method have broad market application spaces.
