本发明涉及涂料耐水剂领域，为解决现有PAE型耐水剂存在成本高，耐水性及印刷适应性不能同时优良，及含有较高残留有机氯等问题，本发明提供一种改性PAE耐水剂及其制备方法，本发明涂布耐水剂为固含量为50%~60%的改性聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂水溶液，其中有机氯质量分数低于0.5%，pH值6~8，粘度小于200mPa.s，具有环保的特点，较高的涂层的耐水性能。

The invention relates to the field of coating waterproof agents, aims to solve the problems that the conventional PAE type waterproof agent has high cost, cannot have excellent water resistance and excellent printability simultaneously, has higher organo-chlorine residue content and the like, and provides a modified PAE (polyamide epichlorohydrin resin) waterproof agent and a preparation method thereof. The coating waterproof agent is a modified PAE aqueous solution with the solid content of 50%-60%, the mass fraction of organo-chlorine is 0.5% or lower, the pH value is 6-8, the viscosity is 200 mPa*s or lower, and the coating waterproof agent has the characteristics of environmental protection and higher water resistance of a coating.
