The invention discloses anionic emulsified asphalt for CA (cement and asphalt) mortar and a preparation method thereof. The anionic emulsified asphalt for the CA mortar comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 35-50 parts of asphalt, 8-20 parts of regenerated latex, 0.2-1 part of rosin, 2-5 parts of calcium stearyl lactylate, 5-10 parts of lauryl ammonium chloride, 0.5-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5-2 parts of methyl cellulose, 0.2-1 part of polyacrylamide polymer, 0.2-1 part of a stabilizer, and 0.2-1 part of ammonium sulfate, adding up to 100 parts, as well as the balance of water. The anionic emulsified asphalt for the CA mortar is good in anti-freezing performance and binding property, stable during long-term storage, capable of effectively avoiding layering of cement emulsified asphalt mortar and high in temperature adaptability, and has suitable working time, good filling performance, high adaptability to cement and high adhesion with aggregates.
