The invention discloses a voltage fluctuation control system which comprises the components of an input module, a sampling module, a fluctuation model operation module, a fluctuation signal generating module and an executing module. The fluctuation model operation module is connected with the input module and the sampling module. The fluctuation signal generating module is connected with the fluctuation model operation module. The executing module is connected with the fluctuation signal generating module. According to the voltage fluctuation control system provided by the invention, a voltage fluctuation simulation form can be set through the input module. Furthermore the preset voltage fluctuation analog form can be adjusted according to the current voltage state of a to-be-tested power grid, thereby making a voltage fluctuation target model after adjustment more approach to the state of the to-be-tested power grid, and realizing more accurate and ideal voltage fluctuation simulation. The voltage fluctuation control system can simulate temporary increase and temporary drop of single-phase voltage, two-phase voltage and three-phase voltage. Furthermore the duration time, the depth, starting phase, stopping phase of type of each of temporary increase and the temporary drop of the voltage can be adjusted.
