The invention discloses an analysis method of the electromagnetic radiation relevance of a communication base station based on a genetic algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: measuring the downlink transmission power of the communication base station in a measured zone through a frequency spectrum analyzer; converting a measured power value into corresponding electromagnetic radiation intensity, and then performing data equalization processing; analyzing the measured data through the genetic algorithm, and establishing a function with the electromagnetic radiation intensity of the communication base stations changing with time; computing the measuring of electromagnetic radiation of the communication base station through a function expression; analyzing the changing rule of the electromagnetic radiation intensity with time change and the change rule of electromagnetic radiation of a plurality of base station systems within a zone. The method can predicate the relevance of electromagnetic radiation intensity of the communization base station with time change, and can further predicate the relevance of the electromagnetic radiation intensity of a plurality of base stations within one zone at the same time, and provides a novel thought for the subsequent electromagnetic radiation analysis.
