本发明提供一种透明投影膜，包括活性元件层，导电层以及基材层，活性元件层的至少一面设置有基材层，所述基材层能够进行光散射，基材层的扩散粒子或者微结构使入射投影光在透明投影膜表面的透射率、反射率和散射率能够合理分布，使得该透明投影膜透光率不降低的情况下，成像性变好。

The invention provides a transparent projection film which comprises an active component layer, a conductive layer and a base material layer. The base material layer is arranged on at least one side of the active component layer, the base material layer can carry out light scattering, and diffusion particles or a microstructure of the base material layer makes transmissivity, the reflection rate and the scattering rate of incident projection light on the surface of the transparent projection film reasonably distributed, so that imaging performance becomes better under the condition that the light transmittance of the transparent projection film is not reduced.
