The invention provides a method, device and system for testing the polarity of an electronic mutual inductor. The system comprises a message analyzer, the tested electronic mutual inductor and the device for testing the polarity of the electronic mutual inductor, wherein the device for testing the polarity of the electronic mutual inductor is connected with the tested electronic mutual inductor, and the tested electronic mutual inductor is connected with the message analyzer. The device for testing the polarity of the electronic mutual inductor output an analog signal according to the preset current attribute; the tested electronic mutual inductor is used to collect the analog signal, and outputs an SV message according to the analog signal; and the message analyzer grabs the SV message, and outputs the polarity of the electronic mutual inductor according to the SV message. The polarity of the electronic mutual inductor is tested, and guarantee is provided for correct operation of a related relay protecting device and measuring and metering devices.
