The invention provides a method for collecting atmospheric aldehyde ketone pollutants by use of a self-made DNPH silica gel adsorption tube. The inventor utilizes simple materials such as a sterile syringe, fiberglass and silica gel to prepare a silica gel adsorption tube, and then coats the silica gel adsorption tube with DNPH so as to obtain the self-made DNPH silica gel adsorption tube. The self-made DNPH silica gel adsorption tube has the advantages that the adsorbent DNPH coated in the adsorbent tube is subjected to a derivatization reaction so as to collect aldehyde ketone pollutants in an atmospheric environment, so that the sampling flow is high and stable, the sampling time is short, the experimental data reproducibility is good, the sampling efficiency is up to 96 percent or more, the sampling cost is low, the practicability is high, the defects of an existing sampling method (EPA TO-11A) can be effectively overcome, and the method can serve as an effective effect for rapidly and conveniently collecting atmospheric aldehyde ketone pollutants.
