The invention provides a numerical simulation historical fitting quality evaluation method. The method comprises the following steps: preliminarily determining target wells to be fitted; searching calculation result characteristics of the target wells, and adopting the quantized values of an average error method to divide the intersections between the slightly high calculation results, slightly low calculation results and calculation results and the actual measurement value; for the target wells with slightly high calculation results and slightly low calculation results, using discrimination methods such as an error absolute value extremum method, a positive/negative maximum error method, an error standard deviation method and an error absolute average value method to further sub-classifying the fitted targets so as to determine the fitted key wells and determining the fitting direction according to the model characteristics; and carrying out phase analysis on the target wells, the calculation results of which have intersections with the actual measurement value, to search the fitting direction. According to the numerical simulation historical fitting quality evaluation method, the numerical simulation application and research level is improved, the numerical simulation application and research efficiency and precision are improved, and more precise technical support is provided for the later stage of oil reservoir development.
