The invention relates to a uniform pollutant spraying device for an electric power insulator surface. The device comprises a motor mounting bench and a pollutant spraying machine. A first through hole is formed in the top surface of the motor mounting bench; a bearing seat assembly is arranged at the upper side of the first through hole; and a stepping motor is arranged at the lower side of the first through hole. A motor shaft of the stepping motor passes through the first through hole and then is connected with the bearing seat assembly; and an object carrying plate for fixing an insulator is arranged on the bearing seat assembly. Compared with the prior art, the provided device has advantages of large bearing force, low mechanical friction, precise rotating speed control, simple operation, and high detachability and the like.
