The spring, the upper silica gel pad and the lower silica gel pad achieve good vibration-damping effect; and when the spring loses effectiveness, the cylinder of the upper silica gel pad and the cylinder of the lower silica gel pad abut against each other, so that secondary vibration-damping protective effect is formed.
