The invention provides a blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold for oil and gas wells. The blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold comprises a fixed throttle valve, a manual needle throttle valve, five manual flat gate valves, two erosion-resistant reducing nipples, two pipeline crosses, two pipeline brackets and manifold pipelines. An erosion-resistant reducing oil nozzle is arranged in the fixed throttle valve, the corresponding erosion-resistant reducing nipple is mounted on downstream of the fixed throttle valve, the corresponding erosion-resistant reducing nipple is similarly mounted on downstream of the manual needle throttle valve, two throttle branches and a direct discharge branch are controlled by means of opening or closing different manual flat gate valve and needle valve combinations, and accordingly pressures of oil pipes and casings in post-fracture blowout procedures can be controlled. Compared with existing throttle manifolds controlled by gate valves or needle valves, the blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold has the advantages that erosion of the oil nozzle, the nipples and the gate valves due to blowout liquid can be reduced, the ground throttle and pressure releasing efficiency can be improved, the replacement costs of vulnerable parts of the blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold can be saved, the service life of the blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold can be prolonged, the blowout erosion-resistant throttle manifold is high in practicality and suitable for post-fracture blowout operation on the oil and gas wells, and obvious effects can be realized.
