A combined machining device is used for machining work-pieces and comprises an installation part, a first machining mechanism installed on the installation part and a second machining mechanism; the second machining mechanism is installed on the installation part, is spaced from the first machining mechanism and comprises a fixed base, a drive part, a cutter movably penetrating through the fixed base, and an elastic part, the drive part and the fixed base are arranged on the installation part in a spaced mode, the drive part is connected to one end of the cutter for driving the cutter to do rectilinear motion relative to the fixed base, and the elastic part is arranged between the drive part and the fixed base. According to the combined machining device, two machining modes can be switched on one machine table, and therefore the machining efficiency is improved.
