The invention relates to a wire-powder-gas-arc coaxial 3D printing device. The device comprises a gas shield welding gun and a coaxial gas-powder conveying device; and the gas shield welding gun is a consumable electrode. The coaxial gas-powder conveying device includes a powder feeding device, a gas feeding device and a coaxial spiral gas-powder cover. The coaxial gas-powder conveying device is a multi-channel structure; and each channel is provided with a powder feeding speed adjuster and a gas feeding flow meter. A spiral gas-powder groove is bored in the inner wall of the coaxial spiral gas-powder cover, and can be a spiral variable-pitch variable-section variable-multi-spiral structure. The device is used for performing 3D printing, can realize real-time control of powder adding speed, and is suitable for added material manufacturing of conventional metal products, gradient materials and composite materials; and obtained products are uniform in component, short in processing and low in subsequent processing amount.
