The invention discloses a lithium-sulfur battery taking C/Ti4O7 composite fiber non-woven fabrics as an intercalation layer. The lithium-sulfur battery comprises a sulfur positive electrode, a diaphragm, an electrolyte and a lithium negative electrode, wherein a C/Ti4O7 composite fiber non-woven fabrics layer is arranged between the sulfur positive electrode and the diaphragm. The lithium-sulfur battery provided by the invention takes the C/Ti4O7 composite fiber non-woven fabrics as the functional intercalation layer; the C/Ti4O7 composite fiber non-woven fabrics perform physical and chemical adsorption for polysulfide in a charge-discharge process, so that the single physical adsorption of the porous carbon paper for polysulfide in the prior art is solved; and meanwhile, the C/Ti4O7 composite fiber non-woven fabrics also can be used as a ''secondary current collector'' in the charge-discharge process of the lithium-sulfur battery, so that the utilization ratio of active materials in a cyclic process can be improved.
