The invention relates to a preparation method of an air-permeable self-cleaning fluorocarbon paint, belonging to the technical field of paint preparation. The method comprises the following steps: preparing lipid fluorocarbon microspheres from a lipid film prepared from lecithin and toluene in a phosphate buffer solution-fluorocarbon mixture, putting the lipid fluorocarbon microspheres in a hydrochloric acid solution, stirring and mixing, immersing, carrying out vacuum filtration, collecting the filter cake, putting the filter cake in a sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and mixing, immersing, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, filtering, collecting the filter cake, washing, and drying to obtain modified lipid fluorocarbon microspheres; and finally, mixing the modified lipid fluorocarbon microspheres with carbon dioxide powder and other substances, carrying out dispersion and shearing, stirring and mixing, standing, deaerating, filtering and collecting the filtrate. The fluorocarbon paint has favorable air permeability, and can not have the phenomenon of partial bubbles. The fluorocarbon paint has self-cleaning property, and the dirt resistance can be enhanced by 10-15%.
