The invention belongs to the technical field of phospholipid extraction with a large amount of cultured freshwater fishes and particularly relates to a method for extracting phospholipid from heads of hypophthalmichthys molitrix and a product of the method. The method includes steps: 1) chopping cleaned heads of hypophthalmichthys molitrix into square fragments with the side length being 1-2cm; 2) mixing the fragments with ethanol with the volume fraction being 95% according to a mass volume ratio of 1:10-1:20 to obtain to-be-treated products; 3) subjecting the to-be-treated products to high-speed crushing of the fragments in a flash extraction device to obtain serous fluid; 4) filtering the serous fluid to obtain ethanol extract; 5) removing ethanol from the ethanol extract, mixing with acetone according to a mass volume ratio of 1:5-1:10, centrifuging, removing acetone supernatant, and removing residual acetone to obtain a finished product. High-efficiency extraction of the phospholipid from the heads of the hypophthalmichthys molitrix is realized by an extremely simple technical process, efficient process control and adoption of easily-acquirable extracting solution harmless to extract components.
