A production method of a regenerated cellulose nanofiltration membrane comprises the following steps: dissolving cellulose in a solvent to prepare a coating liquid, uniformly coating a smooth and flat base membrane with the coating liquid, immersing the coated base membrane in deionized water, and naturally drying the coated base membrane to obtain a cellulose membrane; immersing and reacting the produced cellulose membrane in a NaOH solution, and immersing the obtained membrane in deionized water to remove the NaOH solution residual in the membrane; and immersing the membrane in an organic acid solution to carry out a hydrolysis reaction, and immersing the membrane in deionized water to remove the organic acid solution residual in the membrane in order to obtain the cellulose nanofiltration membrane. The production method of the regenerated cellulose nanofiltration membrane with a high inorganic salt and organic matter retention rate, provided by the invention, has the advantages of simple process and low cost.
