The invention provides a method and a device for dynamically adjusting a blocked port for an ERPS ring. According to the method and the device, a link with a minimal link available bandwidth value on the ERPS ring is selected as a blocked link according to an actual link bandwidth value, and an RPL fixed previously or a blocked link is opened, thus the blocked link on the ERPS ring can be switched from a link with a large link available bandwidth value to a link with a small link available bandwidth value, thereby achieving the purpose of fully utilizing link available bandwidth.
