The invention relates to a high-voltage DC transmission centralized control center realization method and a control system. The system comprises convertor stations and a centralized control center. Each convertor station is provided with a convertor station monitoring unit. The centralized control center comprises clients and a data server. The data server is provided with data reference plug-ins corresponding to the convertor station monitoring units respectively. The data reference plug-ins are in communication connection with the corresponding convertor station monitoring units. According to the method, when the centralized control center needs to obtain data of the convertor station, a required data point is dynamically added to the data server, and the data reference plug-in corresponding to the convertor station reads the data from the corresponding convertor station according to convertor station identification and data point identification in data point configuration information, and writes the data into the data server. The method and system can realize unified processing of the data in a direct-current transmission system; and besides, when the data parameters of the convertor stations changes, the centralized control center needs no change, and hardware requirement for the server is low.
