The invention discloses natural pigment CC cream and a preparation method thereof. The CC cream which integrates the functions of concealing flaws, whitening, moisturizing, isolating, sun-screening, resisting oxidization and repairing is prepared by screening a substrate formula by taking a cosmetic emulsion theory as a basis, compounding the substrate formula and a plurality of whitening active ingredients, moisturizing agents, and sun-screening agents, and adding a phellinus igniarius alcohol extract and paprika red pigment. Meanwhile, the sensory index, the physical-chemical indexes, and the effects of inhibiting tyrosinase activity, resisting oxidation, resisting inflammation, repairing, sun-screening and the like of the product are researched.
