The invention discloses a discharging gap group applied onto a +/-800kV lightning arrester. The discharging gap group comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a special shaped link plate, wherein the first electrode comprises a first electrode ring, the first electrode ring is connected with one end of the special shaped link plate by a first installation support, the other end of the special shaped link plate is connected with a circuit link plate, the second electrode comprises a second electrode ring, and the second electrode ring is arranged at the top end of a bar-shaped composite insulator by a second installation support. The discharging gap group has the advantages that the discharging gap influence of wind drift vibration of a wire on the arrester electrodes is reduced, an installation included angle can be adjusted according to demands, the discharging gap group is convenient to install, is stable in structural design and reliable in mechanical performance and has small size and large capacity, and the running requirement of a +/-800kV circuit can be met.
