本发明的数值控制装置具备：指令参数判定部，其判定在包含在指令数据中的圆弧插值指令的参数中是否包含向量；圆弧形状生成部，其在通过上述指令参数判定部判定为在上述圆弧插值指令的参数中包含向量的情况下，根据加工程序、通过上述圆弧插值指令的参数指定的始点、终点以及向量，生成圆弧形状。

A numerical control device includes: a command argument determination unit which determines whether a vector is included in the argument of an arcinterpolation included in command data; and an arc shape generation unit which generates an arc shape on the basis of a machining program and a start point, an end point and the vector, which are specified by the argument of the arc interpolation command when the command argument determination unit determines that the vector is contained in the argument of the arc interpolation command.
