The invention relates to an agricultural irrigation water meter capable of preventing sediment blockage and weed winding. The agricultural irrigation water meter is characterized in that the two ends of a rotating cup water meter (7) and an auxiliary pipe (3) are connected together through auxiliary pipe flanges (8) by means of bolts (9), the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the auxiliary pipe (3) are connected with a main pipe (2), a gasket (10) is arranged between every two corresponding flanges (8), a first filter screen (4) is arranged at the water inlet end of the auxiliary pipe (3), a second filter screen (5) is arranged on the portion, below the rotating cup water meter (7), on the auxiliary pipe (3), a gas suction and exhaust valve (6) is arranged at the water inlet end of the rotating cup water meter (7), main pipe flanges (1) are arranged at the two ends of the main pipe (2) respectively, and connection with a water pipe is facilitated. The main pipe and the auxiliary pipe are arranged, the double layers of filter screens are arranged, the diameter of the adopted water meter is generally small, and therefore sediment blockage and weed winding can be effectively prevented, and the agricultural irrigation water meter can be widely applied to irrigation and water conservancy irrigation projects.
