The invention discloses a hydraulic tensioner chain guide rail which comprises a guide rail base. The guide rail base is used for being buckled with the chain guide rail. A hydraulic tensioner is arranged at one end of the guide rail base in an integrated mode. The hydraulic tensioner comprises a hydraulic tensioner cavity and a plunger, wherein the hydraulic tensioner cavity is formed in one end of the guide rail base in a cast mode, a slide valve hole is formed in the hydraulic tensioner cavity, the plunger is installed in the slide valve hole in a telescoping mode, the plunger and the slide valve hole form a high-pressure oil cavity in an enclosure mode, and the high-pressure oil cavity is used for being communicated with high-pressure engine oil. According to the hydraulic tensioner chain guide rail, as the chain guide rail and the hydraulic tensioner are integrated, installing space is saved, and integral installing is fixed and reliable.
