The invention discloses a cabinet type transformer station wireless temperature measurement system, comprising a plurality of temperature sensors, and a temperature collection device and a data center; the temperature sensor is arranged in an insulation plug of a cable head corresponding to the high voltage inlet and outlet loops of the cabinet type transformer substation; the temperature collector is arranged in a secondary instrument door of the cabinet type transformer station and is connected to various temperature sensors through the ZigBee wireless network; and the data center is connected to the temperature collector through the GPRS network. The cabinet type transformer station wireless temperature measurement system can accurately represent device operation temperature, can be used for measuring temperature of the cabinet type transformer stations which are geographically dispersed and does not have to match the battery with each temperature sensor.
