The invention discloses a bionic anti-prick chip, comprising a plurality of hemi-ellipsoidal groups; each hemi-ellipsoidal group is composed of a plurality of hollow hemi-ellipsoidal shells arranged in sequence in a predetermined direction; the plurality of hemi-ellipsoidal groups are arranged in parallel in a staggered manner. The invention also relates to an anti-prick device comprising the bionic anti-prick chips. The bionic anti-prick chip and the anti-prick device have excellent anti-prick performance, and are light in weight, simple in production process, high in wearing comfort and low in cost; further, the surface density of the bionic anti-prick chips can be effectively reduced, and therefore, the overall weight of the anti-prick device can be reduced.
