When the carbon dioxide wind-water combined air conditioner device is used for heating in winter, the air-water heat exchanger can produce high-temperature hot water, the return water temperature can also be above 40 DEG C, and the air conditioner device is applicable to various current hot water heating systems in China; a second finned heat exchanger conducts heat exchange directly with indoor air or outdoor air, the problem that as the return water temperature of the air-water heat exchanger is too high, the heat supply efficiency of the carbon dioxide air conditioner device is low can be solved, and the effect of combined supply of hot air and hot water is achieved.
