本发明公开了一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方，该配方中各组分的重量份数如下：聚氯乙烯20~30份、碳酸钙份10~20份、复合稳定剂5~15份、固体石蜡3~5份、相容剂5~7份、偶联剂2~4份、硬脂酸铅4~8份、硅酮母料3~5份、抗氧化剂10~12份、碘化钠2~6份、阻燃剂5~9份。本发明具有防腐蚀效果好和使用寿命长等优点。

The invention discloses a formula for an anticorrosive cable sheath. The formula comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10 to 20 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 to 15 parts of composite stabilizer, 3 to 5 parts of solid paraffin, 5 to 7 parts of compatibilizer, 2 to 4 parts of coupling agent, 4 to 8 parts of lead stearate, 3 to 5 parts of silicone masterbatch, 10 to 12 parts of antioxidant, 2 to 6 parts of sodium iodide and 5 to 9 parts of flame retardant. The cable sheath has the advantages of good anticorrosive effect, long service life and the like.
