The invention discloses a monitoring and early warning system and method for a power transmission and transformation equipment load data access electric power system. The monitoring and early warning method includes the following steps of: establishing an equipment measurement model standard; establishing an access log content standard; analyzing load data through the measurement model standard; storing real-time access load data in a kafka message queue and establishing a channel for externally broadcasting in real time and pushing the real-time data; identifying and judging networks, services, and storage faults in an access process and storing the networks, services, and storage faults in a fault record sheet and performing an onstage page visit; and additionally recording missing data for the fault records through a historical data interface service. The monitoring and early warning system and method for the power transmission and transformation equipment load data access electric power system establish the access log content standard for the electric power specialization application, and provide basis for the data interaction between the electric power industry and other departments.
