The invention relates to a networked gangue filling method suitable for a Y-shaped ventilation system. The networked gangue filling method includes: backfilling a worked-out section incompletely; dividing the worked-out section into multiple filling areas and non-filling areas in advance according to certain intervals; performing interval filling to finally form networked gangue columns which jointly act and support up an overlying rock layer. By the method, consumption of gangue can be reduced, the problem of shortage of gangue can be solved, filling time is saved, workload of workers is reduced, and the worked-out section can be supported effectively to prevent ground surface subsidence; the problem of air leakage is taken into consideration, so that spontaneous combustion is prevented.
