The invention discloses a mass concrete water cooling reversing device. Water of a water-supply source flows through a water inlet, a first main water pipeline, a snakelike water pipe buried in concrete, a second main water pipeline and a water outlet sequentially. The mass concrete water cooling reversing device comprises a four-way ball valve, an electric actuator and a measurement and control unit, wherein a first-way joint, a second-way joint, a third-way joint and a fourth-way joint of the four-way ball valve are connected with the water inlet, the second main water pipeline, the water outlet and the first main water pipeline respectively. In the initial state, the first-way joint is communicated with the fourth-way joint and the second-way joint is communicated with the third-way joint; when a reversing command of the measurement and control unit is received, the electric actuator drives the valve to rotate to ensure communication between the first-way joint and the second-way joint as well as between the third-way joint and the four-way joint; the measurement and control unit determines whether to give the reversing command or not according to real-time water flowing state data. The mass concrete water cooling reversing device is capable of achieving automatic reversing regularly during concrete water flowing, so that labor is saved effectively and water flowing reversing efficiency is improved. The invention further provides a mass concrete water cooling reversing method.
