本发明涉及酶化学领域，具体公开一种利用岩藻糖提高马来酸顺反异构酶酶活力的方法，具体为在马来酸顺反异构酶参与的酶解反应体系中添加岩藻糖。本发明通过实验优化了岩藻糖的添加浓度，使最大程度的提高马来酸顺反异构酶的酶活力。本发明所述方法简单易行，在马来酸顺反异构酶反应过程中具有可以节约酶用量，提高反应效率的优点。

The invention relates to the field of zymochemistry, and particularly discloses a method for enhancing enzyme activity of maleate cis-trans isomerase by using fucose, which is implemented by adding fucose into an enzymolysis reaction system in which maleate cis-trans isomerase participates. The experiment is performed to optimize the addition concentration of the fucose, thereby maximally enhancing the enzyme activity of the maleate cis-trans isomerase. The method is simple and easy to implement, and can save the enzyme consumption and enhance the reaction efficiency in the maleate cis-trans isomerase reaction process.
