The invention belongs to the field of natural products extraction, and concretely relates to a method for extracting high-purity crambe abyssinica seed oil and a cream containing the crambe abyssinica seed oil. According to the invention, the crambe abyssinica seed oil can be extracted by using a microwave radiation method, the method comprises the following steps: 1) accurately weighing a certain amount of crambe abyssinica seeds and placing the crambe abyssinica seeds in a container, adding a certain amount of an extraction solvent, extracting the crambe abyssinica seeds under certain microwave power to obtain a mixture; 2) filtering the mixture, performing rotating separation on a filtrate on a rotary evaporator, removing the extraction solvent to obtain a residual substance crambe abyssinica seed crude oil; 3) placing the crude oil in a fixed container, adding sodium hydroxide for boiling the material, washing the material by warm water until the material presents neutrality; and 4) performing adsorption decoloring on the crambe abyssinica seed crude oil obtained in the step 3) and filtering the crambe abyssinica seed crude oil, and obtaining the filtrate which is the crambe abyssinica seed oil. The extraction technology is simple, and purity of the obtained crambe abyssinica seed oil is high. The invention also discloses an application of the crambe abyssinica seed oil in the cream.
