摘要：
本发明公开了一种糠醛气相加氢制2‑甲基呋喃催化剂及其备方法。催化剂包括:CuO，Cr2O3，La2O3，SiO2和CaCO3；CuO/Cr2O3的摩尔比为3.0～4.4；CuO/La2O3的摩尔比为50～300；CuO/SiO2的摩尔比为2～15；CuO/CaCO3的摩尔比为5～10。方法包括：所述组分按所述用量通过共沉淀法制得所述糠醛气相加氢制2‑甲基呋喃催化剂。本发明的催化剂克服了现有技术的缺点，具有活性和选择性高，催化剂使用寿命长的特点，具备了工业应用性能。

The invention discloses a catalyst for producing 2-methylfuran through gas phase hydrogenation of furfural and a preparation method of the catalyst. The catalyst includes: CuO, Cr2O3, La2O3, SiO2 and CaCO3, wherein the molar ratio of the CuO to the Cr2O3 is 3.0-4.4; the molar ratio of the CuO to the La2O3 is 50-300; the molar ratio of the CuO to the SiO2 is 2-15; and the molar ratio of the CuO to the Ca2O3 is 5-10. The method includes a step of performing co-precipitation to the components, according to the proportions, to prepare the catalyst. The catalyst overcomes the defects in the prior art, is high in activity and selectivity, is long in service life, and has industrial application performance.
