This door opening/closing device is provided with a rail module (10) provided with: a guide rail (20) which extends along the front-rear direction; a drive device (30) attached to the guide rail (20); and a support member (40) which is coupled to one end of a closing cable (51) wound around a first pulley (21) provided to one end of the guide rail (20), said closing cable (51) having another end thereof connected to the drive device (30), is coupled to one end of an opening cable (52) wound around a second pulley (22) provided to another end of the guide rail (20), said opening cable (52) having another end thereof connected to the drive device (30), and is, as a result, capable of being moved along the extension direction of the guide rail (20) by the drive force imparted from the drive device (30). In the rail module (10), the drive device (30) is fastened to the exterior of a vehicle main body (1) such that a portion of the drive device (30) is inserted inside the vehicle main body (1) through an opening (P1) in the vehicle main body (1).
