The invention relates to the field of production of a filling material from a polyvinyl chloride material and concretely relates to a method for producing a conductive filling material from phosphogypsum as a raw material. The method comprises stirring mixing acid-hydrolyzed phosphogypsum, carbonized wood powder and graphite according to a mass ratio of 20-25: 1: 1 for 10-15min, carrying out high-temperature stir-frying for 1-2h, carrying out pressurization dehydration, grinding the materials to obtain powder with particle sizes of 100-120 meshes and carrying out drying to obtain the conductive filling material. The conductive filling material has good conductivity and can reduce a plasticizing expansion coefficient in crosslinking of the conductive filling material, PVC, a binder and a stabilizing agent based on the traditional method. Through the conductive filling material, PVC material mechanical properties are good and chemical performances are stable. The method has simple processes and good feasibility, is free of large-scale equipment and reduces a production cost.
