The invention provides a method for refining TiC in TiC particle reinforced type wear-resistant steels, and belongs to the technical field of alloy steels. A continuous casting process is adopted. Process parameters are as follows: a casting temperature is equal to the sum of a liquidus temperature and (20-40 DEG C); and heat-flux density of a slab crystallizer is 0.8-2.5 MW/m(2), a secondary cooling specific water rate of the slab crystallizer is 0.3-0.8 L/kg, and a straightening point temperature of the slab crystallizer is greater than 950 DEG C. By the method, sizes of carbide particles can be refined and uniformized effectively, and the ductility and toughness of the material are improved greatly. Compared with a die casting process, the method has the features that the average size of the TiC in steel plates can be refined to be 1 mu m from 5 mu m, ductility of the steel plate is improved to be 11% from 7%, and room temperature impact energy is increased to be 20 J from 12 J; and according to the cold bending property, the diameter of a bent core is 6a, and a bent angle of a qualified piece is 90 degrees.
