The objective of the disclosed technique is to reduce the interferences between or among a plurality of radio communication systems that may interfere. The disclosed radio communication method is a radio communication method in a radio communication system comprising a synchronous system for performing synchronous radio communications and an asynchronous system for performing asynchronous radio communications that may cause interferences with the synchronous system. According to the radio communication method, a radio terminal belonging to the asynchronous system acquires first information related to a transmission halt interval of a first radio signal in the synchronous system, and the radio terminal then adjusts, on the basis of the first information, a timing, at which the radio terminal transmits a second radio signal, such that the second radio signal is prevented from extending beyond the end of the transmission halt interval.
