The invention provides a method for utilizing a mediation device to realize data sharing among a plurality of terminals. The method comprises the steps that: the mediation device obtains data information processed by a first terminal connected with the mediation device; a second terminal sends a connection request to the mediation device so as to enable the mediation device to be disconnected with the first terminal and to be connected with the second terminal; and the second terminal obtains the data information from the mediation device and processes data according to the data information. The invention further provides a system for utilizing the mediation device to realize data sharing among the plurality of terminals. According to the information, rapid sharing of playing task information between two or more terminals is realized, and the usage experience of the user is improved.
