The invention discloses a method for preparing hydrodesulfurization catalysts with zeolite serving as the carriers, relates to a method for preparing the hydrodesulfurization catalysts and belongs to the field of preparation of catalysts. According to the method, the problem that the hydrodesulfurization catalysts with the zeolite serving as the carriers can be inactivated rapidly easily is solved. The method comprises the steps of firstly, a hierarchical pore zeolite is treated in a NaNO3 solution, and the zeolite is then dried and treated for 5h under 823K; secondly, nickel-tungsten active phases are supported on the hierarchical pore zeolite carriers to be calcined to obtain the hierarchical pore zeolite supported hierarchical pore zeolite catalysts, the nickel-tungsten active phases are treated under conditions of sulfocompound and hydrogen, and accordingly the hydrodesulfurization catalysts stable and high in activity are obtained. The structure of the Beta zeolite in the catalysts can still be maintained after the hierarchical pore zeolite is supported, the active phases supported on the Beta zeolite and aluminum oxide carriers can be well vulcanized, and the dispersion condition of the active phases on various carriers is good.
