本发明涉及药物研发领域，具体公开了一种靶向于肌动蛋白结合蛋白Transgelin‑2的化合物及其新用途。本发明经试验首次揭示了，式（Ⅰ）所示的化合物能够有效地靶向于肌动蛋白结合蛋白Transgelin‑2，且具有明显的舒张气道平滑肌细胞的功能，可用于制备舒张气道平滑肌药物，也可用于制备气道平滑肌舒张剂，具有广阔的应用前景。

The invention relates to the field of medicine research and development and particularly discloses a compound targeted to actin binding protein Transgelin-2 and new application thereof. Tests reveal that, for the first time, the compound shown in the formula (I) can be effectively targeted to actin binding protein Transgelin-2, has the obvious diastolic function on airway smooth muscle cells, can be used for preparing medicine for airway smooth muscle diastole, can also be used for preparing an airway smooth muscle diastolic agent, and has the wide application prospect.
