The invention provides a testing releasing device for a circuit breaker, and a circuit breaker using the same and an operating mechanism. The testing releasing device comprises a mounting sleeve; a drive rod that is used for touching a testing releasing contact of a circuit breaker is assembled into the mounting sleeve in a guiding and reciprocating moving mode; one limit position on the reciprocating moving stroke of the drive rod is a releasing testing position for touching the testing releasing contact of the circuit breaker; and the drive rod is provided with a testing button that can be pressed and operated by an operator so as to drive the drive rod to move towards the releasing testing position. Besides, a reset spring that is used for exerting a reset acting force on the drive rod to force the drive rod to move away from the releasing testing position. The provided testing releasing device has a simple structure. When being in use, the testing releasing device can be installed on an operating mechanism body, so that the installation and usage become convenient.
