The invention discloses a light-cured coating composition for metal surface corrosion resistance. The light-cured coating composition comprises 30-45 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 10-30 parts of urethane acrylate resin, 10-30 parts of polybutadiene-modified acrylate, 15-25 parts of an acrylate monomer, 4-7 parts of a photoinitiator and 1-5 parts of an adhesion promoter. The urethane acrylate is a low-functionality resin with good adhesion to metals. The polybutadiene-modified acrylate is a low-functionality resin with lower polarity. The acrylate monomer is selected from trimethylolpropane triacrylate, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate. A metal base is widely used for a decoration industry, can be oxidized easily and has poor chemical resistance and thus the surface of the metal base needs a protection coating. The light-cured coating composition can resist acid, alkali and salt mist, is free of a solvent and is environmentally friendly.
