The invention discloses an inorganic salt reinforced butadiene rubber material. The material comprises, by weight, 0.1-0.2 parts of ammonium aluminum sulfate, 2-3 parts of tricalcium silicate, 30-40 parts of carbon nanotubes, 50-60 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, 200-300 parts of n-methylpyrrolidone, 5-7 parts of boron oxide, 160-200 parts of butadiene rubber, 2-3 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of an antioxidant 4010, 1.3-2 parts of sulfur, 1-2 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 6-7 parts of aluminum magnesium silicate, 2-3 parts of calcium chloride, 0.3-1 part of tert-butyl-p-diphenol, 5-7 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene wax, 1-2 parts of montan wax and 0.4-1 part of a silane coupling agent 560. Tricalcium silicate, boron oxide and other inorganic salt components are added in the invention, so the dispersibility of filler particles in rubber is improved, and the surface hardness of rubber products is improved.
