The invention discloses an efficient magnetic head cleaning card for an automatic teller machine (ATM). According to the efficient magnetic head cleaning card, two opposite corners of a cleaning card body are each provided with a section of magnetic stripe, and the magnetic stripes are concaved relative to the cleaning card body. The cleaning card body comprises a plastic substrate, and a cleaning layer is connected with the upper side surface of the plastic substrate in a pressing mode and formed by arranging cleaning holes densely. Each cleaning hole comprises an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer which are sequentially pressed, wherein the inner layer is formed by mutually winding plastic fibers, the structure of the inner layer is a winding hole with a large bottom and a small top, and the periphery and the top of the winding hole are sealed by mutually winding plastic fibers; cleaning agents are stored in the winding hole and comprise nanometer chitosan water adhesive solutions and isopropanol. The winding hole structures sealed in a winding mode have the effect of storing the cleaning agents inside when not pressed. When pressed, the winding sealing structures are damaged, and the cleaning agents overflow and carry out cleaning. After cleaning is finished, the cleaning card retreats from the ATM, pressure disappears, the winding sealing structures recover to be used for the next time, and the technical purpose of repeated use is achieved.
