The invention discloses a power broadcasting system facilitating information notification. The system comprises clients and a control terminal, the control terminal is a broadcasting relay with an emission antenna, the reception clients are cellphones with the function of specific channel reception, the broadcasting relay sends modulation signals via a modulation circuit, and the signals are amplified and adjusted at receiving terminals of the cellphones and are modulated via a voltage-controlled oscillator. Low frequency signals obtained after frequency discrimination are received, a part of the signals are amplified, and filtered and shaped via a band-pass filter with a continuous tone controlled squelch system and then enters a CPU, compared with a preset channel value, and an audio power amplifier and the loudspeaker are controlled to output a result. If the result and the preset channel value are the same, the loudspeaker is turned on; and if the result and the preset channel value are different, the loudspeaker is turned off. By employing the technical scheme, the cellphones can receive the specific channel signals of a local base station and automatically turn on loudspeakers for playing, and the missing of information notification due to accidental conditions such as poor signals of the public base station or mute is prevented.
