The system provided by the invention is suitable for controllable load fine control of an ultrahigh-voltage receiving-end large power grid, can effectively bring the cluster aggregation effect of vast virtual power plant units into play, contributes large power, rapidly recovers the supply-demand balance of power grid power, represents a beneficial supplement to conventional power grid emergency control, realizes and supports safe and stable operation of the power grid and improves power supply quality.
