The invention relates to a lithium battery pad feed device. The lithium battery pad feed device comprises a feed device, a material table and a material absorbing device. A feed workstation comprises a vertical rotation cylinder and a holding rod installed on a pedestal. A plurality of material clamps are distributed at the top of the rotation cylinder uniformly. The plurality of material clamps are fixedly connected with the output end of the rotation cylinder through a connection board. The holding rod is a leading screw or a ball screw driven by a stepping motor. A holding rod hole is arranged in the bottom of each material clamp. A tapered boss is arranged at the top of the material table. The boss cooperates with a central hole of a pad. The holding rod is inserted from the holding rod hole in the bottom of the material clamp and holds the pad in the material clamp. The material absorbing device comprises a second horizontal cylinder and a second vertical cylinder. The second vertical cylinder is installed at the extending end of the second horizontal cylinder. Two parallel vacuum pads are arranged at the extending end of the second vertical cylinder. The two vacuum pads correspond to the material clamp and the material table, and the material table and a round station.
